UserInfinity

Privacy Policy

Effective August 2026

1. Who we are

UserInfinity ("we", "us") provides an all-in-one platform for building websites, selling, scheduling a workforce, and using AI. This Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the Service and works alongside our Terms & Conditions .

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email, password (hashed), organization, and billing details.
  • Content you submit — sites, products, files, schedules, and employee records you add.
  • Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device info, and interactions, used to operate and secure the Service.
  • Location & time data — where you enable geofenced clock-in or time tracking, location and punch data for the relevant Members.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; process payments; communicate with you; provide support; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We rely on lawful bases such as performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal compliance, as applicable.

4. Controller vs processor

For your own account data, we act as a data controller. For personal data you upload about your customers and employees (for example within Workforce & Scheduling), you are the controller and we act as a processor handling that data on your instructions. You are responsible for the lawfulness of that data and for responding to data-subject requests relating to it.

5. UserInfinity AI & your data

When you use UserInfinity AI, your prompts and related content may be processed by us and by underlying first- or third-party model providers to generate output. We do not sell your content. We take steps to limit what is shared to what is necessary to fulfill your request. You are responsible for not submitting content you lack the right to share.

6. Employee & location data

Where you enable time tracking, geofenced clock-in, or device pairing, you must provide your employees with legally required notice and obtain any necessary consent. We process this data solely to deliver the scheduling, attendance, and payroll features you configure. Calculated figures are for convenience and must be verified by you before use.

7. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data with vetted service providers (sub-processors) that help us run the Service — for example hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, and AI model providers — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal data. See our current subprocessor list and where data lives .

8. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings or in our Cookie Center ; disabling some may affect functionality.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. You can request export or deletion as described below.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication. Learn more in our Security Center .

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in your account settings, or by making a privacy request . We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

12. International transfers

We may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.

13. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by local law to consent to data processing, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
